Product Warranty

At Volo Labs we stand behind our products and are dedicated to providing customer satisfaction by delivering quality solutions. All of our products are fully tested in our test & integration lab before being shipped.

All items purchased from Volo Labs come with a 30-Day Advance Replacement Warranty, effective from the date of purchase. The warranty applies to US customers only. International customers must pay for shipping of the replacement item.

RMAs

Volo Labs will gladly repair or replace any products currently under warranty. To check the status of your warranty or submit an RMA for a product currently under warranty with Volo Labs, please contact our RMA Department. We will need to authenticate warranty coverage with a valid serial number. Please have the serial number available before initiating a case.
